Return and Exchange Policy

100 Days Hassle-Free Return: You can apply for free return or exchange within 100 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Note: Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. No impact on secondary sales.

2. Fill out the return application form and send it back with the product.

Warranty Policy

To apply for warranty service:

1. Provide proof of purchase and product photos.
2. Contact our customer service team to explain the details of the problem.
3. Send the product back according to the customer service instructions, and we will repair or replace it.

Repair service

Repairable products: All products within the warranty period and eligible for warranty.
Repair cost: Repair costs within the warranty period are free, and repair costs outside the warranty period depend on the specific situation.
Repair time: Generally 7-10 working days.
