WARRANTYAll products purchased at JOLLYING stores or at an authorized agent or dealer are guaranteed 3 years of free warranty service. The free warranty period begins from the date the product is received.This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, and does not cover natural wear and tear, negligence,accident, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures,solvents, acids, water, and the availability of damage caused by normal wear and tear, responsibilities not covered under warranty.The 3-year frees warranty does not cover any damage or loss to the following: fabric, Box shell,lining and detachable accessories.This warranty is global, but the owner of the product is responsible for any costs related to shipping products to a service center, including the cost of packaging, shipping and any applicable taxes.For detailed maintenance procedures , Please follow our official website: http://www.jollying.com/ .All JOLLYING service centers reserve the final authority for interpreting the above warranty and maintenance terms.

配送料金

A:Transforming travel is our mission, and we stand by the quality and design of everything we make (just ask the millions of travelers who’ve already gotten Jollying). We want you to love everything about Jollying products, too—which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on unused items for the first 100 days.
A:Download a prepaid shipping label here or head to our contact page and fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with the next steps. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, it may take up to two weeks for us to issue your refund.
