Our products are shipped from our overseas factory, which is currently on a 12-day holiday shut-down.

As a result:

Orders placed between February 11 and February 23
will begin processing and shipping from February 24 (Tue).

Please note that orders will continue to be accepted as normal during this period,
but dispatch may take longer than usual.
