1. Warranty
The brand's entire product line is covered by a 3-year warranty. The warranty for luggage covers the following components: wheels, handles, pull rods, zipper heads, combination locks, and feet (luggage body, protective corners, zipper chains, and edge strips are not covered by the warranty).
The shipping cost will be shared equally between the buyer and the brand for each leg of the journey.
"For repairs resulting from man-made damage or after the warranty period is expired, the buyer shall bear the cost of spare parts and round-trip shipping."


2. Forgot Password
Password reset tutorial:
① Set the password wheel to the initial password 0-0-0;
② Press the code adjustment switch with a pen tip or toothpick;
③ Turn the password wheel to set your new password;
④ Turn back the unlocking button to complete setting the new password.


3. Product Odor
Due to the adhesive tape used for packaging, there may be a slight odor in the luggage. Simply open the luggage and leave it in a ventilated area for 1-2 hours to remove the odor. The product itself has no quality problems, so please feel free to use it.


4. Cleaning
If the luggage does not have serious scratches or dents, wiping it with a damp cloth or cleaning wipe can effectively remove stains. Alternatively, you can use the provided cleaning supplies to maintain and clean the luggage.
